L&D9DI Assess workplace competence using direct and indirect methods
Suitable for those involved in training and assessment in the workplace, this course is designed for assessors who assess using a range of direct methods such as observation, work products, questioning and discussion with candidates, and may also use methods such as candidate statements and witness testimony etc. that require authentication by the assessor.Methods of assessment such as projects and assignments and testing have not been included in the list of optional assessment methods as they are mainly used for non-workplace assessment.
